How much does a website cost?+
Website pricing depends on complexity: Basic business websites start from ₹14,999, standard websites from ₹34,999, and enterprise custom websites from ₹64,999+. E-commerce, ERP, and mobile apps have different pricing. Use our Quotation System for an instant estimate based on your requirements. All prices are exclusive of GST.
Is the quotation free?+
Yes! All consultations and quotations are completely free with no obligation. You can use our online quotation system for an instant estimate, or contact us via WhatsApp or email for a detailed custom quotation after project analysis.
What are the payment terms?+
We follow a milestone-based payment model: 40% advance before project start, 40% upon development completion and client demo approval, and 20% upon final delivery and go-live. No work begins without advance payment. For large projects, custom payment schedules can be arranged.
Do you offer discounts for startups?+
Yes, we offer special startup packages and flexible payment terms for new businesses. We believe in building long-term partnerships. Contact us to discuss your startup's specific needs and budget, and we'll find a solution that works for both parties.

Delivery Time
How long does it take to build a website?+
Basic website: 2–3 weeks. Standard with CMS: 3–5 weeks. Premium custom: 5–8 weeks. E-commerce: 4–12 weeks. ERP/CRM: 8–24 weeks. Mobile apps: 8–16 weeks. Timelines depend on project complexity, content availability, and client feedback speed.
Can you deliver on urgent deadlines?+
Yes, we offer priority/express development for urgent projects with additional charges. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your deadline, and we'll assess feasibility and provide a priority quotation. We've successfully delivered projects on very tight deadlines with proper resource allocation.
What if the project is delayed?+
We are committed to on-time delivery as agreed in the project contract. In rare cases of delay on our end, we extend the project timeline at no additional cost and may offer compensatory support hours. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may adjust the timeline accordingly.

Hosting & Domain
Do you provide hosting services?+
Yes! We offer managed shared hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, and dedicated server hosting. Our hosting packages include SSL certificate, daily backups, 99.9% uptime SLA, cPanel/WHM access, email hosting, and technical support. We also manage third-party hosting (GoDaddy, Hostinger, AWS, etc.) on your behalf.
Who owns the domain name?+
The domain name is always registered in the client's name. You have full ownership and control. We manage it on your behalf (renewals, DNS management) as part of our hosting/maintenance services, but we can never transfer it away from you without your explicit authorization.
What happens if I already have hosting?+
We can deploy your project to your existing hosting or any hosting provider. We'll need FTP/cPanel access during deployment. If you prefer, we can also migrate your project to our managed hosting for better performance and support.
Do you provide SSL certificate setup?+
Yes. SSL installation is included in all our hosting packages and website deployments. We use Let's Encrypt (free SSL) or premium SSL certificates depending on your security requirements. SSL renewal is handled by us in our AMC plans.

Maintenance, AMC & Support
What is an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?+
An AMC is an annual contract covering regular website/software maintenance: security updates, bug fixes, content updates, performance optimization, SSL renewal, backup management, and technical support. AMC ensures your system stays secure, fast, and up-to-date without per-incident charges.
What kind of support do you provide after delivery?+
All projects include free support: Basic projects get 3 months, standard projects get 6 months, and enterprise projects get 1 year. Support covers bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical guidance. For ongoing support beyond the free period, we recommend our AMC plans. We respond via WhatsApp and email.
Can I upgrade or add features after delivery?+
Absolutely! We support clients with new feature additions, integrations, and upgrades at any time. New features are quoted and developed as separate change requests or as part of AMC Enterprise plans which include monthly development hours.

Source Code & Ownership
Who owns the source code after project completion?+
You own 100% of the source code after full payment is received. Complete ownership — including all code, designs, databases, and documentation — is transferred to the client. We provide source code handover via GitHub, ZIP files, or any preferred method along with complete deployment documentation.
What technologies do you use?+
We use modern, industry-standard technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Next.js for frontend; PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python for backend; MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB for databases; Flutter, React Native for mobile apps; AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean for cloud infrastructure. Technology selection is based on project requirements.

Apps & Software
Do you publish apps to Play Store and App Store?+
Yes! We handle complete app submission to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including app store optimization (ASO), screenshots, descriptions, and compliance requirements. Developer accounts must be registered in your name. Account registration fees (Google: $25/lifetime, Apple: $99/year) are paid by the client.
Can you integrate payment gateways?+
Yes. We integrate all major Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, PayTM, Instamojo) and international gateways (Stripe, PayPal). For international clients, we recommend Stripe or PayPal. Gateway setup charges may apply separately from the development cost.
Do you provide WhatsApp automation solutions?+
Yes! We specialize in WhatsApp Business API automation: auto-reply bots, lead capture, order notifications, appointment reminders, customer support automation, and broadcast messaging. We use official WhatsApp Business API through authorized BSPs to ensure compliance and reliability.

Refund & Cancellation
What is your refund policy?+
Advance payments are non-refundable once development has started. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we provide a refund proportional to undelivered work. Hosting and domain charges are non-refundable once provisioned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel a project mid-way?+
You can cancel a project at any time. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to all work completed up to the cancellation date. Advance payments are non-refundable, but we'll deliver all completed work, assets, and code up to that point. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.

Absolutely! We serve clients from 30+ countries. Communication via WhatsApp, email, Zoom, Google Meet, or any preferred platform. We accommodate different time zones. International payments accepted via wire transfer (SWIFT), PayPal, Wise, and other methods. All project communication and documentation is in English.
